At ORLAGH’S, safety and understanding come first. Before welcoming any new guest into our care, we like to arrange a meet and greet. Every dog has their own history, temperament, and unique needs. By meeting beforehand, we can make our own careful assessment of their behaviour, comfort levels, and suitability for boarding or group activities. This ensures we provide the best possible experience — not only for your dog, but also for the other dogs and people they may be sharing space with. Our meet and greets allow us to: • Observe your dog’s behaviour in a safe, neutral environment. • Discuss their background, routines, and any special needs with you directly. • Build trust and help your dog feel more at ease before their stay. This step is essential to maintain optimal safety, harmony, and wellbeing for every dog in our care.
